Safety overall

Not following these guidelines can make both riders and drivers lose their access into our system. There are some behaviors and actions we can’t tolerate and both riders and drivers are responsible and accountable for their actions.
How can riders lose their Friscab access?
Some actions as mentioned won’t be tolerated, Friscab constantly work to improve and create a system that would benefit the community. It is important that you take your account seriously as if you’re traveling in a group or someone else is taking a trip using your account, you will be responsible for their behavior in the car and if it gets to it also penalize.
You are not alone, whether is just your driver or fellow passengers, you must show courtesy towards others to ensure a positive experience just as they should towards you.
Respect should be expanded to the drivers vehicle, remember there is a cleaning fee that can be charge if needed. Try to avoid eating or drinking inside the vehicles.
The interaction between the passenger and driver starts when you request a trip until the trip is over. There should be no unwanted contact with then after the trip is over. We do our best to try to keep your information safe and your phone number anonymous to avoid such situations.
We are part of a community and we have to follow its rules. Your access to Friscab could be taken away if you break the local law while using our app. You should never ask drivers to break the local traffic laws such as speed limits neither use our platform to commit any crime, including drug consumption or trafficking.
All of these and any behavior involving violence, sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity confirmed can result in the immediate loss of access to your Friscab account. You must remember we cooperate with law enforcement when needed.
Zero discrimination
At Friscab we won’t allow any type of discrimination. If you are found of have discriminated your driver or fellow passengers you can immediately lose access to your account. We are referring to discrimination of any kind, based on race, color, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. None will be tolerated by anyone in our platform.
Fraudulent Behavior
We won’t accept any type of fraudulent or illegitimate behavior. We have build the platform for your benefit and it can get deactivate if the rider is abusing promotions, creating duplicate accounts and/or disputing fares for fraudulent reasons.
How can drivers lose their Friscab access?
More than a service provided, for drivers Friscab is a reliable way to make profit and with more reason have to be careful when it comes to their account and the rules they must follow in order to avoid a temporary or permanent deactivation.
Quality of service
We offer our riders an excellent service and trust our drivers to provide it. As a Friscab driver you are expected to follow all local laws and drive safely, be respectful and courteous towards your passengers and take advantage of this opportunity to earn income.
Remember we have add the in-app tip option and our service fee is lower than any other company. As we try to help you make the most money out of your time, we expect effort from your part. Providing excellent service can get you more money and boost your ratings.
With our bilateral feedback you can evaluate each rider after every trip and they can also evaluate you. They can rate you anywhere from one to five starts depending on how was their trip and their experience with you. You are responsible and accountable for your actions just like they are for theirs.
You can see and keep track of your rating directly on the app. Your rating will be an average of the ratings gave to you by riders. Depending on your city we have a minimum average require rating in order to keep your account up and running. We pride ourselves from giving the best possible service to our riders and this is one of the ways how we ensure it happens. We will notify you if you are getting close to the minimum average so you can have a chance to improve it.
Once you go online we will match you with the closest passenger that is requesting a ride. We try to give you as much riders as possible so you can make the most money out of your day. Our riders do not appreciate cancellations of their trips as they are counting on you to pick them up in time and to get somewhere on time. Cancellations affects everyone in a negative way and that is way we also have a maximum cancellation rate that varies depending on the city to try to lower the cancellations.
We know that sometimes a driver needs to cancel the ride for many different reasons and factors but you most keep in mind that if you reach the maximum rate you can lose your access. The rate is taken from the number of trios you accepted and then cancelled out of the total number of trips you accepted.
Just like your overall rate, we will notify you if you are getting close to the reach the maximum limit so you can have a chance to improve it.
While you are login, try your best to accept all the trips as it is beneficial for everyone, especially you. If you do not want to accept more trips simply logged out of your app.
Safety as a priority
As a regular process all drivers are required to pass a screening test including their motor vehicle record and background checks.
Whenever we received a complaint or a notice of any actions made by the drivers that could threat the safety of their riders we take it very seriously. It will be investigated and it can make you lose access to your Friscab account.
Physical contact with riders is prohibited as mentioned previous times. Drivers should not harm in any way their riders neither flirt or touch them. The harassment policy is in place to strengthen the community guidelines in this specific manner.

We also trust our drivers to comply with all relevant state, federal and local laws governing the transportation of riders with disabilities, including but not limiting to transporting service animals.
Prohibited use of Drugs and/or Alcohol
As simple as it is, drivers are not allow to use drugs or alcohol while driving with Friscab.
If found guilty of such you will immediately lose access to your account.
You could also lose access to your account if you are engaging in serious illegal activity or receiving a severe traffic citation while using our platform. You also must maintaining valid vehicle registration or driver’s license.
As a Friscab driver, you are a represent of our company and as such you must not accept illegal street hails while using our platform, harming the business or brand or violating the agreements made between the driver and our company.
Fraudulent Behavior
We won’t accept any type of fraudulent or illegitimate behavior. We have build the platform for your benefit and it can get deactivate if the driver is deliberately increasing the distance or time of the trips to make more money out of them, provoking riders to cancel their ride and/or claiming fraudulent fees or charges, such as unnecessary cleaning fees.
The information provided to the riders about their designated driver must be correct and up-to-date. Such information includes vehicle model and license plate number.
Zero discrimination

We won’t tolerate discrimination based on the rider’s destination either. Meaning you cancelling trips because you don’t want to go to an specific location.
As mentioned before it is OK if sometimes for personal reasons you need to pass on a trip. Maybe you have a commitment that you need to attend to and the ride will not allow you to reach the place on time. However, if you do have the time and are online you receive a trip, you must not cancel it because of the destination. This is something that really upset riders which means they will most likely report it and your account could be deactivated.
Harassment policy – Zero tolerance
In Friscab, we have a very strict harassment policy that goes to both driver’s and rider’s.
In order to use Friscab it is mandatory to accept the Zero-tolerance harassment policy. We make it a requirement so our community will be a safe place for all users.
Recording
We have integrated to our app the Harassment Button. If one of our partners whether driver’s or rider’s feel they are been harassed in any way, they can press the harassment button on the Friscab platform and will be immediately recorded and we will be notify. This will give us the opportunity to know exactly what is happening and gather enough proof for a harassment claim.
Immediate termination of their Friscab account.
Once our team has conducted a full investigation and examination of the recording, which we will do as soon as we get notify of the situation and have concluded that you have harassed one of our drivers or riders, you will immediately be terminated from using Friscab. We take this very serious as we know what are the problems our community faces when it comes to using these kind of platforms.
Power of investigation
Friscab and only Friscab holds the right to investigate and analyze the situation under the power of Friscab until a higher authority has been contacted from either side. Friscab reserves all rights of your accessibility to our platform.
